26th Library Committee Meeting of Eastern University Held

The 26th Library Committee Meeting of Eastern University was held today at the University Conference Room. The meeting was presided over by Prof. Dr. Farid A. Sobhani, Honorable Vice-Chancellor of the University.

The Committee discussed various issues related to the development and modernization of library services, enhancement of digital and electronic resources, enrichment of the library collection, improvement of user facilities, and strategies to strengthen support for teaching, learning, and research activities.

The Registrar of the University, Deans of different schools, Heads of various departments, and the Librarian-in-Charge attended the meeting. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mezbah-ul-Islam of the University of Dhaka and a Syndicate Member of Eastern University was also present.
